The 27th edition of the ACM Great Lakes Symposium on VLSI (GLSVLSI) will be held in the beautiful Canadian Rockies - specifically, in Banff and the beautiful landscapes of Alberta!

Banff is famous for its rapidly elevating mountains, and the picturesque landscapes. Banff has a rich and vibrant cultural and natural history, recognized globally by the United Nations, which designated the area of the Canadian Rockies as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. The Town of Banff has many programs and initiatives to ensure it protects its valuable history.

GLSVLSI 2017 Hotel:The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise!

 

We look forward to welcoming the GLSVLSI 2017 Great Lake Symposium group to The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in May.  The hotel is now ready to start accepting bookings either online at https://aws.passkey.com/go/glsvlsi2017 , or by calling 1-403-522-1830 or 1-800-441-1414 and by quoting the Conference GLSVLSI2017 code.

Reservations will be accepted up to April 9th, 2017.


  • REQUESTING VISA SUPPORT LETTERS

    • ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.

    • For visa support letters, refer all requests to supportletters@acm.org.

    Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request.

    – Name (as it appears on attendee’s passport) and mailing address

    – The name of the conference attendees is registering for

    – Attendee’s registration confirmation number

    – Authors may indicate their paper title. Speakers can provide the title of their talk.

    – Include a fax number or email address of where letter can be sent
