Hotel Reservation - Information 

The Symposium will be held at the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration Hotel. We have arranged for a room rate ($99 Single/$99 Double per night plus taxes) for GLSVLSI 2008 attendees.

Reservations can be made:

 * By Phone: 407-396-7000. This is the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration hotel reservation number. Make sure to specify the check-in and check-out dates, and indicate that you are with GLSVLSI 2008 in order to receive the conference rate.

* By Email: reservations@radissonroc.com. This is the contact email address for the Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration hotel reservation. Make sure to specify your name and address, number of adults, type of room (1 bed or 2 beds, smoking or non-smoking), the check-in and check-out dates, and indicate that you are with GLSVLSI 2008 in order to receive the conference rate. It is not recommended that you email your credit card information due to security reasons!

  From NORTH  or EAST Orlando (Using the FL 417 - Central Florida Greenway)

• Take FL 417 South/ Central Florida Greenway (Portions Toll).

• Take the CELEBRATION AVE. EXIT #2 toward US 192. Pay Toll. Turn RIGHT onto CELEBRATION AVE.

• 2^nd traffic light, is US192 W / W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY turn LEFT onto US192 W

• 2^nd traffic light, is PARKWAY BLVD turn right onto PARKWAY BLVD.

• The Radisson Resort Celebration is on your left. The 1^st Entrance is the Convention Center, extra parking in the back.

  From NORTH  or EAST Orlando (Using Interstate 4)

• Take I-4 West to exit # 64 US 192 W / W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY heading EAST.

• The first traffic light is PARKWAY BLVD turn left onto PARKWAY BLVD.

  From SOUTH or WEST Tampa / Lakeland / Lake Wales / Davenport Areas (Using Interstate 4)

• Take I-75 NORTH to I-4 EAST towards Orlando. Exit at Exit # 64 US 192 – Kissimmee East

• The first traffic light is PARKWAY BLVD turn left onto PARKWAY BLVD.

• The Radisson Resort Celebration is on your left. The 1^st Entrance is the Convention Center, extra parking in the back.

  From SOUTH FLORIDA on the FLORIDA TURNPIKE NORTH

• Take FLORIDA TURNPIKE NORTH (Portions Toll)

• Take the OSCEOLA PARKWAY EXIT # 249

• Make a LEFT at the top of the ramp onto OSCEOLA PARKWAY

• Turn LEFT onto OSCEOLA PARKWAY heading WEST towards Disney (Portions Toll)

• Proceed on OSECOLA PARKWAY WEST (approx. 11 miles) until you reach the traffic light of  SOUTH INTERNATIONAL DRIVE (Corner of Gaylord Palms Hotel)

• At the SOUTH INTERNATIONAL DRIVE traffic light make a LEFT onto SOUTH INTERNATIONAL DRIVE

• The traffic light, is US192 W / W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY turn RIGHT onto US192 W

• The 3^rd traffic light, is PARKWAY BLVD turn right onto PARKWAY BLVD.

  From Orlando International Airport (MCO)

• Depart Start on Local road(s) (North-East)-0.0 mi.

• Turn RIGHT (East) onto Local road(s)-0.1 mi.

• Road name changes to S Access Rd-3.3 mi.

• Merge onto Boggy Creek Rd-0.6 mi.

• Keep RIGHT onto Ramp-0.5 mi.

• *Toll road* Merge onto SR-417 [Central Florida Greeneway]-14.0 mi.

• At exit 2, turn LEFT onto Ramp-0.3 mi.

• Take Ramp (RIGHT) onto Celebration Ave-0.4 mi.

• Turn LEFT (West) onto US-192 [SR-530]-0.4 mi.
